The Order starts the moment the Client fills out the Order Form of Our website and releases the payment for it. The order cannot start without clear instructions and directions.  The Order Form must be filled in correctly to place an order.  chat and email requests are not considered an appropriate way of placing an order. , we provide assistance to clients who experience difficulties when placing an order.

We offer wide range of writing jobs, starting with proofreading and ending with writing from scratch according to the instructions provided by the Client. It is highly advisable for the Client to get acquainted with the Terms and Conditions and policies applicable  to our writing service before  placing an order.


Filling the Order Form, is considered  by default that the client accepts all the policies and Terms and Conditions of our writing service. We  retain the right to modify, or outright remove the Terms and Conditions at any given time without providing any prior notice.

The Client acknowledges that all materials produced by the Company can be used only as model answers, and the Client does not acquire the rights to submit the work as their own. The Company does not support or condone plagiarism, therefore the Company reserves the right to refuse supply of services to the Clients suspected of such behaviour. The website content cannot be copied and used elsewhere, violating our copyright policy will lead to jurisdictional charges.

All the rules are provided for informational purposes only. The Company is not responsible for informing the clients about the updates on the website. It is in Client’s best interests to follow the updates on the Company website.

The Clients can find our pricing on the website. For convenience, we have a flexible discount system that the Clients can get acquainted with by calling us and coming to our live chat.  We offer special promo coupon  to our most loyal customers for discount.  The price may vary according to the type of product.

The customer can however specify any other formatting requirements in the order instructions.  we start working on the order after we receive the full amount for the order. The price includes research, actual writing, proofreading, and delivery.

We retain all rights to the contents and information displayed on the website. All attempts at creating a facsimile or copying the information for commercial use are strictly forbidden.

For security reasons  all information shared between the parties is kept private. No information is provided to the third parties with explicit permission from the Client. Disclosure of personal information is considered a violation of our Confidentiality Policy.

The contract between the Client and havardessays.com is considered sealed the moment the Client has acquainted themselves with the Terms and Conditions when placing an order. All the points of the Policy are to be followed by both side


If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our services, we have a Refund Policy that covers a wide range of situations where the client can request money back and we are obliged to comply.

  1. Being charged twice guarantees a 100% refund on one of the transactions.
  2. Failing to find a suitable writer to handle a Client’s assignment, though such situation are rare, can happen. In this case, the client can request a 100% refund.
  3. In case we deliver the product after the due date, we will need to investigate the case to determine the validity of the claim. Please note that no refund will be issued if the delay occurred due to lack of clear instructions. In case the delay was our oversight, a 100%refund will be issued.
  4. Failure to find a suitable writer for the revision will lead to a 15-50% refund, depending on the findings of the  administration on the case. Failure to deliver the revision in time will lead to a 15% refund.
  5. Failure to deliver a high-quality product will lead to a refund, however, the amount to be returned is determined by the manager after a thorough investigation.
  6. To receive a refund on the grounds of the product being plagiarized, a proof of un-originality is required.
  7. A refund can be requested no later than 7 days after the due date you indicated in the order form.
  8. Please note that no refund can be issued or processed after the order has been submitted.


It takes a maximum of 10 business days for the  administration to process the refund request. In this time, they will investigate the case thoroughly to make sure that the request is valid and has every reason to be granted.
